Title: Mathematical Models, Methods, and Algorithms for Ensuring Operation and Analyzing the Efficiency of Heterogeneous IIoT Networks

Speaker: Poborueva Maria Sergeevna, Ryazan State Radio Engineering University named after V.F. Utkin (RSREU)

Abstract: Adaptive mathematical models based on Graph Neural Networks (GNN) represent a promising approach to enhancing the efficiency and cyber-physical security of heterogeneous Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) networks. However, current scientific literature still lacks comprehensive algorithms capable of simultaneously optimizing routing, detecting anomalies on microcontrollers, and integrating RFID technologies with blockchain in resource-constrained environments. The paper examines modern IIoT protocols and analyzes the limitations of existing static approaches. It also provides a detailed description of how to develop and apply Graph Neural Networks for dynamic traffic routing, methods for integrating LSTM and GNN for anomaly detection, as well as models for combining RFID with blockchain for secure object tracking.

Bio: Since 2023, Maria Poborueva has been a postgraduate student at Ryazan State Radio Engineering University named after V.F. Utkin. In 2021, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in “Mathematics and Computer Science,” and in 2023 — her Master’s degree in “Computer Science and Engineering” at the same institution. Since 2024, she has held the position of Assistant at the Department of Space Technologies. Her research interests include adaptive mathematical models, interaction algorithms, heterogeneous Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) networks, enhancing cyber-physical security, and assessing the reliability of intelligent objects. She conducts research in the field of securing IIoT microcontroller nodes. She has proposed a comprehensive security approach that combines machine learning and cryptography methods to detect anomalies and cyberattacks in real time
